Courthouse Complex Window Replacement

1. The Contractor shall demo all the existing windows located at the Annex and Administration building. 2. The Contractor shall furnish and install approximately 3300 Sqft of Pre-Tinted Reliance StormMax curtain wall system with white aluminum framing and any other associated materials per manufactures instructions, or equivalent with County approval. 3. The Contractor shall verify any and all measurements. 4. The Contractor shall provide a safety barrier around areas where work is being performed and remove any associated debris from the site after each working day. 5. The Contractor shall provide any and all warranty information. 6. The Contractor shall obtain the required permits, if required, give all notices, and comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations bearing on the conduct of the work. No time extensions shall be granted or financial consideration given to the Contractor for time or monies lost due to violations of any such ordinance, code, law or regulations that may occur.
