Shortlist Confirmed. **Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been extended from 03/08/23 to 03/15/23** Purchasing Department Request for Proposal RFP #23-37 Design/Build Services for a Passive Recreational Park on Butlers Bridge Road Henry County is accepting proposals from qualified Design/Build teams to design a passive recreational park on Butlers Bridge Road. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Late proposals will not be considered nor returned. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. The proposal documents and specifications are available for inspection and download Question Deadline 02/22/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions. Any possible exceptions to the proposal specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed during this phase. These requests will be answered in an addendum and must be emailed to: purchasing@co.henry.ga.us
