Emory Road Water Line Improvements

The Project consists of constructing approximately 6,823 linear feet (LF) of 12" DIP water line, 274 LF of 8" DIP water line, 14 LF of 6" DIP water line, all service reconnections, and all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances along E. Emory Road from Clapps Chapel Road to Roberts Road in Corryton, TN. The project also includes water service line change-overs along E. Emory Road, from Tazewell Pike to Boruff Road. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid. The Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
