Furniture and Fixture Package for 1601 Congress Avenue Office Building

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this RFP for the provision of furniture and fixtures delivered and installed at the 1601 Congress Ave. State Office Building, Capital Complex Phase 1 managed by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) located in Austin, Texas. TFC reserves the right to make multiple awards for this RFP. The 1601 Congress Avenue State Office Building is a four hundred sixteen thousand (416,000) square foot, twelve (12) story office building with a five-level underground parking garage. The building is located between 16th Street and 17th Street to the South and North (respectively) and is located directly west of the Lyndon B. Johnson State Office Building. The current street address of this building is 1601 Congress Ave, Austin, Texas, 78701.
