Description | As of November 7, 2022, have not had any bidders received. No definite date for the rebid. Cuba SWCD Request for Proposal Cuba Soil and Water Conservation District is requesting proposals from qualified construction management/general contractor ("CM/GC") firms to replace a pro-panel roof and construct an additional 8 ft porch built over the east and north sidewalks to ensure safety to customers and staff during inclement weather. The roof will be constructed on property located at 109 County Road 11, Cuba, New Mexico, 87013. For questions regarding this project, please contact Cuba SWCD at 575-289-3950. It is the intent of Cuba SWCD to open up this request for proposals ("RFP") for the new roof and porch to any firm that meets the qualifications outlined in the minimum qualifications section of this RFP. Services that have been omitted from this RFP, which are clearly necessary for the completion of all work, shall be considered a requirement although not directly specified or called for in the proposal. This "CM/GC" project includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new roof and porch for the Cuba SWCD office building. The district will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor. Cuba Soil and Water Conservation District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the building. Description of Work This CM/GC project includes, but is not limited to, replacement of propanel on existing roof and construct at a minimum an additional 8 foot porch over the east and north sidewalks. The CM/GC must be capable and willing to work closely with the Cuba SWCD to provide schedules and feedback on constructability of design details and availability of materials selected. Propanel must be 26 gauge, purling and square tubing should be the equivalent of " thickness.Construction must be completed and the facility ready for occupancy by December 31, 2022.
