Description	The main goal includes: 1. Analysis of the wall as it was damaged on September 1 , 2020 by a piece of heavy equipment while replacing a gas main on State Route 9D. The wall is a supporting structure which supports the New York State Right of Way for State Route 9D. 2. Design of wall or other recommended structure to support the retaining wall. 3. Preparation of Bid Documents for for Proposal for a contractor to perform the necessary task Of repairing the wall. 4. Inspection of the contractor's repair of the deteriorated retaining wall.
