Description

Work includes the rehabilitation of the two existing drinking water storage tanks (1.5MG and 0.57MG standpipes, respectively) located behind 345 Broadway in Lynnfield, MA. Work shall include a full interior and exterior blast and coat of the 1.5MG tank with bid alternates for a spot interior and exterior blast and coat of the 0.57MG tank or a full interior and exterior blast and coat of the 0.57 MG tank. Work shall include paint removal, containment, disposal, air quality monitoring, miscellaneous repairs, repainting, and related items.
