| Description | Provide Patch and Paint of the walls and resurfacing of the floor in the men's and women's restrooms in Building L2120 located at 320 East Cottonwood Lane, Casa Grande, Arizona, 85122. 1. All the walls and ceiling in the restrooms shall have all damaged areas patched and repainted with a commercial grade, semi-gloss, PPG quality or better. 2. Color used shall be Swiss Coffee. 3. Floors shall be resurfaced as the coating is worn down to the cement and has numerous chips and chucks out of it in different areas. A portion of the floor in the Men's room has been repaired and will require some special treatment. 4.Floor surface shall be diamond ground and repaired as needed to ensure proper bond. 5.Surface preparation shall include a 2 part epoxy polyamide primer product or better. 6. Coating used shall be an industrial grade, high solids, solvent based, 2 part coating with an Aliphatic Urethane topcoat that is chemical resistant as a sealer to ensure durability under constant use and dry to a minimum total 10 mil thickness. 7. . Chips are to be spread on the surface to provide a non-slip surface. 8.Cracks and joints shall be caulked after the coating is applied and dry. 9. Caulk shall be an industrial, permanently elastic, self leveling, polyurethane sealant and applied at or below grade of the floor coating. | ||
