Warrensville Heights City School District Bid

1. The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for demolition, storm sewer, concrete paving, fine grading, spreading topsoil and final seeding (the Project), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer. The Project shall be substantially complete within the calendar days stipulated on the Owner-Contractor Agreement. 2. The Owner reserves the right to award any, all or none of the base bid items for construction. The total estimated construction cost for the base bid work for Warrensville Heights City School District for which bids are being solicited at this time is $350,000.00. The Warrensville Heights City School District is Requesting Sealed Bids for Pavement Repairs at 4265 Northfield Road in Warrensville Heights, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Improvements Include Removal and Replacement of Existing Asphalt Pavement and Storm Structure Replacements on the Site Improvements Include Removal and Replacement of Existing Asphalt Pavement and Storm Structure Replacements on the Site. The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $350,000.00. No Contract Shall Be Awarded at a Price More Than Ten Percent (10%) in Excess of the Engineer's Estimate. All Proposals Shall Be Submitted Directly to the Warrensville Heights City School District Board of Education at 4743 Richmond Road, Warrensville Heights, Oh 44128. The Bid Will Be Awarded to the Lowest Responsive and Responsible Bidder. The Warrensville Heights City School District Reserve the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
