| Description | Door Related Repair, Replacement, and Preventive Maintenance Question Deadline 09/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET On October 17, 2018, the City Commission approved the award of a contract pursuant to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2018-028-ND for door related repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance services with a three (3) year original term and two (2) additional one (1) year optional renewals. The contract has exhausted all renewal options, and this ITB is intended to replace the expiring contract. In order to consider a replacement contract, the City is seeking bids from qualified doors contractor(s) to provide the City with various routine door services on a time and materials basis, including parts, labor, materials, equipment and supervision on an "as needed" basis, including emergency repairs. |
