Description

Mountainland Technical College has asked for assistance with an interior remodel and upgrades of select sections of the Mountainland Technical College Provo Campus (formerly the State of Utah Fourth District Judicial Center). This remodel will be for their health education programs and student services. Much of the remodel will occur on the 1st and 2nd levels, with small portions of work on all four levels. Work consists of demolition of architectural, mechanical, and electrical items as outlined in the construction documents. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and data systems at the affected levels will be updated. Project also includes, but not limited to new walls, doors, interior and exterior storefront window systems, exposed ceilings, new ceilings, millwork, and new floor finishes. There will also be other architectural items and specialties as shown in the construction documents. It is important to note that this new construction will be incorporated into sections of existing architectural items and areas. Areas that are not part of the phase will need to remain usable for the college. This includes certain rooms and their contents, and exterior glazing systems. The base bid for this Project will consist of all of the work, equipment, materials, etc. associated with the work outlined in the Plans and Specifications. QUESTIONS DEADLINE Thursday, October 21, 2022 3:00 PM Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P)
