| Description | 2020 Three Bays Stormwater Retrofit Project in the Town of Barnstable, Massachusetts. The Project includes, but is not limited to, construction of stormwater management practices at three different sites including bioretention areas, leaching structures, dry swales, and a water quality structure, along with associated drainage connections and site amenities. The work at the Cotuit Library (CO-1) and Putnam Avenue (LR1-4) sites must be completed by June 30, 2020. Parking for the public must be maintained for the Cotuit Library. The Library must remain open to the public at all regularly scheduled times. Vehicular and pedestrian access as applicable must be maintained at the Putnam Ave (LR1-4) and South County Road (WC1-1) sites at all times. Work at the South County Road (WC1-1) site must be completed by December 1, 2020. |
