Description | Contractor shall complete all work as specified or indicated in the contract Documents. The work is generall described as follows: this project is located at the Dam at arran lake along greenock avenue in cumberland county, nc. This project Involves the construction of a cul-de-sac and a dead end to provide the public with A safe way to turn around. Approximately .02 acres of land will be disturbed for The construction of the project within the limits of construction on the plans. Erosion control measures will be placed within the limits of construction at Strategic locations to inhibit the flow of storm water runoff onto site and Prohibit the flow of sediment off site. If the Site, in part or in whole, consists of private property and/or a secured area, then a site tour may be arranged though the City of Fayetteville, at its convenience. Site visit must be coordinated through the following Owner or Engineer contact for visiting the Site: Abha Dwivedy, abhadwivedy@fayettevillenc.gov or Bryan Vickery, bryan.vickery@kimleyhorn.com A Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to City of Fayetteville in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bidders maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates). The Project has an expected duration of 90 days. SDBE- 10% Construct Work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the Project completely and fully operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete Project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and all other Work required for a complete and operable Project. 4. Test and place the completed Project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in the Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. The Contract Documents do not indicate or describe all Work required to complete the Project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1.
