Description

Pena Station Next is a 155-acre Development located in the City of Denver, just south and west of Denver International Airport. The project is bounded by 60th Avenue to the south, Panasonic Way to the west, 64th Ave to the north and Tower Road to the east. Major infrastructure has already been completed at Pena Station, such as Transit Stop, Plaza, Transit Parking structure, Regional Blue Grama Storm Drainage Channel, Water Quality Ponds, Bridge Structures, Roads, Wet and Dry Utilities and the reare multiple residential, hotel and commercial projects already completed, under construction or under site planning at this time.This Phase 1 infrastructure project will be an extension to existing infrastructure already completed and the Phase 1 projects are located in close proximity to one another with in the Pena Station Next development area. SCOPE OF WORK: Includes the extension of Yampa Street from just south of Blue Grama Drainage channel to 63rd Ave and 63rd Ave from Yampa to existing Waco Street, inclusive of erosion control and SWMP procedures, wet utilities, grading, street lighting, sidewalks, curb and gutters, asphalt and signage/striping. This project also includes storm pipe and manholes along the north side of Blue Grama from Yampa to the existing Water quality pond.
