Irrigation Systems Maintenance and Repair

1. In general, the scope of this contract shall be a monthly service between Start-up to Shutdown for Irrigation Maintenance Services for the Baltimore County Office Property Management Department, to provide maintenance on Property Management sites Countywide. Typical projects include repairs, inspections, and sprinkler head adjustment for adequate irrigation coverage, winter maintenance (shut down and start up), time clock and water percentage adjustments. 2. The Contractor shall provide their own equipment, labor, fuel, and any other materials necessary to complete the required work. The contractor shall be responsible for the insurance, maintenance and repair of equipment and the availability, presence and supervision of employee(s). 3. The County reserves the right to order services that may be required during the said period, and it also reserves the right not to order services bid upon by the Contractor, if it is found that such services are not required by the County during the period covered by this contract.
