Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. This is a multi-phased occupied renovation project for Dabney Hall (1969). The priority for the first phase of renovation includes building systems/exhaust upgrades and repair of the building envelope.
