Description

Work shall include Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls as separate contracts. Demolition consists of removing the existing air handler, associated main ducting, and portions of the existing masonry plenum. The new air handlers will be installed exterior to the building and ducted into a newly fabricated multi-zone hot and cold deck plenum with associated dampers and controls. All new equipment to receive a new 460-volt power infrastructure.
