Description

The purpose of this project is the replacement of the existing fire station #9, located at 575 Calef Road. The structure will be razed and replaced with a new and modern fire station to serve the Manchester community. The successful C/M firm will be expected to perform a thorough evaluation of the new design programs and participate as a team member assisting the Architect and the Owner ultimately for the construction of a new fire station which accomplishes the purpose.
