The six project sites must be phased such that no more than two are under construction at a given time to limit extended site disturbance. The preferred order of phasing is as follows: River Hill Park and Berry Hill Park Mary Todd Park and Wolf Run Park Gardenside Park and Dogwood Trace Park. Add Alternate 1. Dogwood Trace Park – add asphalt pavement, striping, fencing and appurtenances associated with Futsal court alternate as shown on L4.1D. Add Alternate 2. Berry Hill Park - provide pricing to regrade, hydroseed and restore for new soccer field as indicated on L4.1B. Include all associated EPSC and haul off and disposal off site of any excess soil materials and waste associated with the work.
