Description

Removal, replacement, and installation of commercial grade flooring. The site consists of a two-story 30,000 gross square foot building located at 1002 E. Palm Ave., Tampa, FL 33605. The building has the original flooring within the administrative offices from 2004 when the building was constructed. The Children’s Board’s goal is to replace the current flooring with commercial grade high traffic, stain resistant carpeting/LVT. The new flooring will be installed in accordance with all applicable codes and manufacturer’s installation
