NAICS - 238220; Size Standard of $19.0M Service Code: J045 Project Description - The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision to replace ductwork and piping conduit, and duct cleaning at bldg. 1, 2nd and 3rd floor research section in accordance with solicitation requirements. All interested offerors must be registered in the System Award Management SAM.GOV and must be certified SDVOSB and verified in SBA's VetCert program database (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) While working on the Medical Center Property (both inside and outside the Medical Center) the contractor shall be responsible for wearing a face covering at all times. PPE is not provided. It shall be known that funds are not currently available. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
