Solar and Battery Storage at New London High School

The City has secured a ZREC tariff for up to 249 kW-AC of photovoltaic solar under Year 10 of the state's ZREC Program. In addition to the rooftop solar photovoltaic system, the City also seeks a bid alternate that includes a battery energy storage system (BESS) that will participate in the Energy Storage Solutions Program, administered by the Connecticut Green Bank (CTGB) and Eversource.
