Yakama Nation Tribal Council Chamber Expansion

The Yakama Nation will receive sealed bids for their Tribal Council Chambers from qualified general contractors. The Project scope includes site clearing and grubbing, excavation, concrete footings, framing consisting of wood studs, engineered truss, and heavy timber structural systems. The exterior walls are brick masonry with both standing seam metal and SBS built-up roofing systems. The interior is generally finished with gypsum wall board. The project includes HVAC, electrical and audio-visual systems. Bids will be on a lumpsum basis awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded foil opportunities to submit bids, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, age, honorably discharged veteran or military status, national origin, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability in consideration for an award The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding.
