Building Shell - Eastwood Shops / Niles

*As of April 3, 2023, a general contractor has been awarded, however their contact details have not been disclosed. This project primarily consists of exterior framing, sheathing and finishing to create a 12,000 SF shell building for future tenants. We will receive a pad ready site with completed foundations and erected structural steel. From there follow notes on A-103 for stone and slab placement correlating back to the structurals for specifications and details. Concrete placement encompasses surrounding sidewalks, adjacent curbs and partial building slab placement. The rest of the slab will be prepped with stone and vapor barrier for future placement by other tenants.
