| Description | 1.Remove (2) Arborvitaes and miscellaneous shrubs located in the (2) plant beds located at the rear patio area. Existing hostas will remain. Plant Miniature White Dogwood Trees in the place of each Arborvitaes. (2 total) Install new much in this area. 2.Prune, shape, and make uniform in size maple trees located near back patio area. (2 total) Install mulch around trees. 3.Remove (1) miscellaneous tree, near the fence, located between the two maple trees. Grind stump, prep area for lawn installation, install topsoil, rake area smooth before seeding, seed, fertilize, and apply straw. 4.Prune, two magnolia trees located by the front entrance area. Reduce size, and shape, making them both uniform in size. Remove any weeds and excess mulch and replace with new mulch. 5.Remove (2) Arborvitaes located to the left side of the walkway facing the main entrance to the building. Prune shrubs to improve shape and allow for maximum appearance. Remove weeds, rake/prep area and install mulch. | ||
