| Description | All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via email only to: kmattingly@mckimcreed.com. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda emailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. All Addenda will also be posted at least twenty-four (24) hours before Bids are opened. Questions received less than three (3) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications shall be without legal effect Bidder questions pertaining to the Work and M/WBE participation will be addressed at the Pre-Bid Conference. Orange Water and Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject a proposed Subcontractor for reasonable cause. |
