Description

The project consists of the installation of PVC sanitary sewer, (including laterals and manholes), storm sewer (including manholes/catch basins), ductile iron water main (including services, valves, and hydrants), as well as a variety of streetscape, landscape, and recreational elements. The project also includes the construction of concrete roadway with driveway openings, curb and gutter with underdrain, and sidewalks. All work must be done with the application of proper sediment and erosion control measures while keeping as much of the corridor open to business and traffic as possible
