Description	New Wash Bay Facility Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 5 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be payable to the City Muscatine. Project funding is being provide by a Federal Transit Administration grant. Contractor shall comply with all grant requirements. The City of Muscatine reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of City of Muscatine. All bidders must comply with applicable Iowa laws on public projects.
