Dutchmans Landing Boat launch Restoration

Work is generally described as follows: 1.Construction of Dutchmans Landing Boat Launch. complete with site work. Work to be completed between October 15 th and November 30 th , 2022. Any Bidder who submitted completed Bid Forms to the Village of Catskill, upon returning such set-in good condition within thirty days following the award of the contract or rejection of the bids, will be refunded his full payment. Deposits will not be refunded to any non-bidder (including material suppliers, subcontractors, or those that provide quotes to Bidders). Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
