| Description | The project area includes work along portions of Park Hills Avenue, Greenwood Circle, and Penrose Circle, all located in Ferguson Township, Centre County. The project includes the installation of conduit by means of directional boring as well as trenching, and other associated work. The project is subject to minimum prevailing wage rates. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid.
