Catto Scholarship Program Office Renovation(s) - Construction

Contract 1: General Construction Contract 2: HVAC Construction Contract 3: Fire Suppression Construction Contract 4: Electrical Construction The Work includes the interior renovations to CATTO Scholarship Suite Room B2-32-35 in the Bonnell Building. The project consists of 4,300 sq. ft. of interior renovations of the scholarship suite which includes the replacement of all existing finishes (i.e. ceilings, carpet and paint. The reconfiguration of several partitions, selected new doors and frames and the creation of a conference room with new doors and frames. The 4,300 sq. ft. space includes the removal of the existing suspended heat pump units and replacing with new ductwork. Fire suppression system to include the removal of all sprinkler drops and armovers back to branchline to accommodate new ceiling layout and new construction to extend sprinkler piping head locations and install new sprinkler heads. Electrical construction will include the removal and reuse of the existing light fixtures in a new ceiling layout and new electrical power distribution and data equipment for the new partition and furniture layout. New furniture will be bid and provided for the renovated space layout separately. Refer to drawings for additional scope of work information.
