| Description | For the improvement of a certain section of highway in LUZERNE COUNTY, FAIRMOUNT TOWNSHIP, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, STATE ROUTE 4015, SECTION D50. The project being situated as follows: From a point, approximately 0.4-mile southwest of the intersection with SR 4041 at Segment 0030 Offset (Station 72+30) to a point approximately 0.7-mile Northeast of the intersection with SR 4024 at Segment 0040 Offset 0133 (Station 80+11) along SR 4015, Bethel Hill Road. The project consists of the removal/ replacement the existing bridge deck for a Single span Prestressed Concrete Spread Box Beam Bridge Rehab (over Kitchen Creek) using construction staging and temporary traffic signals. Other work includes rock scour protection, protective coating to barriers & substructure, epoxy based surface treatment to bridge deck, excavation, full depth bituminous roadway approach work, guide rail upgrades, temporary concrete barrier, temporary traffic control, E & S Control measures, pavement markings, signing, miscellaneous concrete-bridge work, removal of portion of bridge, steel bridge
