Description | Site 1 Concrete Sidewalk Replacement: Saw cut and replace the cracked walkway in front of the main entry stair. Extend the walkway under the new porch stairs. The approximate area of concrete replacement is 36 square feet. (field verify) 2 Gutter and Downspout Modifications: At the Northeast corner of the house, install an endcap on the existing gutter. For this same gutter, re-slope the gutter towards the North. Block off the existing downspout location with color matched sheet metal and sealant, and relocate the downspout onto the North end of the gutter. Direct the drainage towards the front of the house.CV, Pb 3 Front Entry Stairs (wood): The existing stairs are uneven. Replace the porch stairs with new code compliant wood stairs. Retain and reinstall the existing guardrails at each side of the stairs. All construction is to be code compliant. Note: Install solid skirting and heavy duty wire mesh to prevent rodents from digging into the crawlspace below the front porch. Install exterior carpeting over the stiar, and nosings, to match the existing finish.(PERMIT), CV 4 Rodent Protection: Block off the hole on the West side of the front porch. Reinstall heavy gauge metal mesh, as necessary. 5 Plumbing Pipe Leak: Locate the plumbing leak which is causing water damage on the first floor structure. The leak can be viewed near the main waste stack from the basement. If new water supply or waste piping is required, an plumbing permit must be pulled.PERMIT, CV 6 Alarms: Install a combination smoke/CO alarm in the basement, first floor, second floor. All alarms shall be sealed battery, 10 year lithium ion units. Laundry Tub Drain: Snake out the drain, and clear the obstruction causing slow drainage.CV 8 Sewer Lateral and Drain Video: Conduct a video inspection of the main sewer layteral and drain for laundry tub. Make recommendation for repairs, if necessary. 9 Bathroom Floor Repairs: Remove the esisting floor finish, and temporarily remove the vanity and toilet. Repalce all rotten, soft, and water damaged sub-floor boards with new boards, to make a solid floor deck. Remove and replace the flooring with matching floor finish, and reinstal the vanity and toilet |
