Electrical Work Related To The Fire Alarm Panel

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for the electrical project to furnish and install electrical relay switches to the alarm panel at Yarmouth Senior Center, 528 Forest Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673. Project Address: 528 Forest Road, West Yarmouth, MA 02673 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount. To receive consideration, Bids shall be submitted on the appropriate forms no later than the above date and time schedule for the opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid Price in the form of a bid bond or certified treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. If upon acceptance of the bid, a Bidder fails to enter into a contract with the Town of Yarmouth, the bid security shall be forfeited to and become the property of the Town.
