Tollgate Crossing Neighborhood Park Project

This project involves the new construction of Tollgate Crossing Neighborhood Park. The undeveloped site is located adjacent to the Murphy Creek Trail in the Tollgate Crossing Neighborhood. The site is south of E. Belleview Ave and east of E. Progress Drive. Proposed improvements include but are not limited to earthwork, erosion control, concrete paths with neighborhood and regional trail connections, concrete curb ramps and crusher fines trails. Also included are an accessible play area for children ages 2-5, an accessible fitness area for older children and adults, an embankment play and trail race area, tennis courts and a picnic shelter with site furnishings. Landscape improvements include a full irrigation system, seeded native grasses, limited sod tree lawns, evergreen trees, deciduous trees and various native shrubs and perennials. Select equipment and installation has been purchased outside of this contract as noted in the contract proposal.
