Description

The face of the envelope shall be addressed as follows: Town Clerk Town of Jupiter 210 Military Trail Jupiter, FL 33458 Stormwater Utility Swale Rehabilitation Unit Price Contract (S2315) The nature and scope of this project is: Swale rehabilitation and select driveway replacements within the Town of Jupiter, as requested by the Town on an as needed basis, utilizing one or a combination of unit price bid items, including but not limited to removal and disposal of existing sod, survey, regrading/re-establishment of swale flow lines, sodding, concrete curbs, concrete valley gutters, concrete driveway replacements from edge of pavement to right of way line (as needed to correct swale flow lines), concrete sidewalks, asphalt roadway repairs to existing edge of pavement, asphalt pathway replacements, asphalt driveway replacements from edge of pavement to right of way line (as needed to correct swale flow lines), paver driveway replacements (as needed to correct swale flow lines),irrigation repairs, irrigation adjustments and all other work required to properly re-establish and restore swales to facilitate proper stormwater drainage. The contractor will be responsible for legal, offsite disposal of all excess fill, concrete, asphalt and debris generated from the work. The initial term of the Contract is one calendar year and the Contract contains a provision for three individual and consecutive annual renewals, at the Town s discretion. All questions concerning the bid shall be directed to David Rotar, Utility Services Manager, in writing by email (DavidR@jupiter.fl.us) or fax (561)746-2792. Questions delivered by email should contain the name of the Project/Bid in the subject heading of the email and sent with a read receipt to ensure successful receipt of the email by the Town. Clarification and changes to the bid documents will occur by addendum through Portal, if needed. The Town of Jupiter reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
