Homestead, ARB, FL HVAC IDIQ Sources Sought

The 482d Contracting Squadron is seeking interested small business contractors with a bona fide place of business in Florida capable of providing all material, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, personnel, management, supervision and quality control necessary for construction services for the installation, repair, and maintenance of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated work under NAICS Code 238220. Projects shall consist of tasks in a variety of trades to include demolition, site work, electrical, mechanical, and other specialty and general contracting work required for HVAC systems. Projects shall also include HVAC system evaluation, investigation, assessment, data collection and review, functional analysis, testing, balancing, energy analysis, reporting/documentation, maintenance, cost estimating and repair of issues identified by the contractor (to be verified by the Government prior to repairs). Replace the damaged air-cooled chiller with a new high efficiency air-cooled chiller.
