| Description | The Windsor Locks Housing Authority requests proposals from qualified entities to provide management services. Questions concerning the RFP shall be submitted in writing to Joseph D'Ascoli, Interim Executive Director, no later than November 21,2022. The award of this contract shall be governed by the Procurement Policy of the WLHA and Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 85.36 and applicable HUD regulations regarding competitive proposals. The WLHA reserves the right to reject any, and all proposals or parts therein. Award of this contract is subject to approval by the WLHA Board of Commissioners. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
