| Description | This project shall include the removal ofthe two existing roof layers down to the deck at Stapleton Elementary. Installation of2" tapered EPS. Install a Vz inch dens deck, mechanically fastened over EPS insulation. The new roof shall be 60 mil, fully adhered, white TPO manufactured by Carlisle Syntec, Versico, GAF or other comparable product approved by the district. Remove existing guttering and downspouts. Provide and install commercial type guttering and downspouts in coordination color to be approved by Joplin Schools prior to ordering. 20-year extended manufacturer warranty. Contractor is responsible for proper disposal ofremoved existing roof material, insulation and any other debris from the roof (contractor to provide dumpsters). Proposals are to be "Turn-Key" and shall include all materials, labor, and any other costs necessary for the new roof installation. |
