| Description | Project involves replacement of the existing Trane Summit BAS/DDC Control system at the Baylor Women's Correctional Institution located in Wilmington, Delaware. The existing system currently controls all HVAC equipment. Contractor will also be responsible to replace all pneumatic actuation devices with new electric/electronic devices as well as the pneumatic inlet guide vanes with electronic VFD's on all VAV AHUs and Return Air fans. | ||
