| Description | This project provides for various concrete repairs, joint sealant replacement, traffic coating, drain replacement, and new drain installation to the Spring Street Parking Garage located at 24 Spring Street in Princeton, NJ 08540. The principal items of work consist of the following: 715 SF of Slab-on-Grade Partial Depth repairs; 5,225 SF of Concrete Wash Repair; 115 EA P/C Flange to Flange Connection Repairs; 10 EA P/C Flange to Flange Connection Replacements; 8,500 LF Remove/Replace Control Joint Sealant; 16,000 LF Remove/Replace TEE to TEE Joint Sealant; 5,990 LF Remove/Replace Cove Joint Sealant; 5,000 LF Remove/Replace Vertical Joint Sealant; 18,500 SF Remove/Replace Traffic Coating; Paint Replace Pavement Marking Lines and Symbols; and other miscellaneous work. Bidders are advised that the contract term is one hundred (100) days and construction cannot start before May 31, 2023. |
