| Description | The Northeast Interceptor- Waunakee Extension is a 10"-30" concrete sewer, constructed in 1971 and is approximately 26,000 feet long. Portions of the sewer are reaching capacity, with the first, most time-critical phase reaching capacity before 2030. This engineering project will consist of recommending alternatives for increasing capacity in the Northeast Interceptor - Waunakee Extension, preliminary design of the entire corridor for the selected alternative, and detailed design of the first phase. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
