New Maintenance and Storage Building

This project is a new 16,000 SF wood post frame building for the Woodford County Highway Department. The project includes site improvements consisting of site concrete, new site utilities, earthwork, and misc. site demolition. The building is wood framed with a steel siding for the exterior walls and roof. There is some interior framing and drywall work in the new office area and adjacent rooms. The interior consists of five (5) bays for vehicle storage, one (1) wash bay, and two (2) mechanic bays. New plumbing and electrical work will be included. The new HVAC consists of new exhaust systems throughout as well as radiant floor heat. The office area will include a new furnace and 3.5 ton split system A/C unit.
