Description | Reference Number 0000326084 Furnish OCC Whitney Renovations - PHASE 1 The project will consist of addition/renovation in the area of the existing bookstore at the Whitney Applied Technology Center at Onondaga Community College: Work area in the existing first floor is 5,200sf and added second floor 4,750sf. The renovation work is a level 2 alteration, including but not limited to, demolition of existing architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for a new 2 story freight/passenger elevator with masonry shaft and new elevated concrete deck floor with supporting steel structure built within the existing double height space as well as modification of existing footers, and other work indicated in the contract documents Questions or inquiries should be submitted no later than August 7, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET and be directed in writing to the Div. of Purchase, Bernard Mahoney, bernardmahoney@ongov.net. Participation Requirements - Minority Business Participation - Women-Owned Business Participation General Requirements - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Warranty Information Required Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security must be in the form of a bid bond or certified/ bank check, made payable to The County of Onondaga. Bids with inadequate bid security will be declared informal. MBE Utilization Goal of 18% and WBE Utilization Goal of 12%. The Owner reserves the right to waive any bid informalities or to reject any or all bids. |
