Description

HUB Goal: 21.1% Classrooms 101 and 103 in the Thomas Maes Building will be renovated for conversion to an office suite of approximately 2,400 SF for the Department of Biology faculty. The suite shall consist of 14 private offices, a work room and reception area. A new suite-entry glass door and side light with hollow metal frame shall be cut into the existing corridor masonry wall. Special finishes include a small amount of wood veneer baffles mounted horizontally and vertically in the reception area. Graphical UV printed PVC panels shall be interspersed throughout the space. The space has been fully abated and is free of asbestos containing materials.
