Description

This task includes all materials and labor necessary to construct docks with non-skip IPE or aluminum decking that are all 8’ wide with pilings enclosed by the docks and protected by 4- rollers. The pier lengths are: 132’ main pier; 104’ finger pier; 80’ T-head; and, two 35’ finger piers fitted for lifts in accordance with the permit drawings. Pilings shall be installed to support the finger pier spans as necessary such that no deflection occurs under typical loading. Black plastic cones shall be installed on top of the pilings. This is a commercial marina design primarily for people with disabilities and the construction shall meet or exceed ADA requirements. The marina is to be built with materials able to maintain their shape, look, and safety for several decades.
