Hunters Point Shipyard (Hillside) Switchgear Commissioning

Perform an initial conditions assessment of the existing SFPUC primary switchgear located at Griffith Street and Crisp Road in San Francisco. 2. Perform commissioning tests on existing switchgear pursuant to PG&E Utility Bulletin for all required primary switchgear tests and requirements. 3. Where any deficiencies are discovered as a result of any commissioning tests, notify and advise SFPUC of any corrective action that must occur prior to any further testing. 4. If the testing is successful and no deficiency is found, prepare and submit a final primary switchgear commissioning report presenting the test results to PG&E (through SFPUC). 5. Prepare and complete all required commissioning forms pursuant to PG&E Utility Bulletin. 6. Perform protective device studies and submit time coordination curves and reports to PG&E (through SFPUC) as required. Device settings and SKM files from previous studies will be provided. 7. Coordinate timelines and schedules with SFPUC. Assist SFPUC in responding to PG&E requests and inquiries as they arise. 8. Provide digital copies of all test reports, protective device studies, and modified SKM files to SFPUC after the completion of work.
