Description

LENGTH: 2.75 miles in length. As per the Owner the project has been Withdrawn. Editorial Content Team is actively seeking updated information. The Purpose of This Project Is to Overlay Approximately 1.03 Miles of Various City Streets in the City of Gillham in Sevier County, Approximately 1.00 Miles of Various City Streets in the City of Grannis and 0.83 Mile of Various City Streets in the City of Hatfield in Polk County. This Project Consists of Shaping Ditch, Trenching and Shoulder Preparation, Aggregate Base Course, Achm Binder and Surface Courses, Cold Milling Asphalt Pavement, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, and Misc. Items Routes: Various County: Polk & Sevier Length: 2.86 miles in length. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Complete This Contract Within Seventy (70) Working Days. Questions Pertaining to Projects During the Advertisement Period Should Be Addressed to the Program Management Division at Pmd@ardot.gov. the Deadline to Submit a Question Is the Wednesday Prior to the Scheduled Letting Date. a Question Submitted After the Close of Business on the Wednesday Prior to the Scheduled Letting Date May Not Receive a Response. In Order to Have a Bid Considered, Contractors Must Furnish a Proposal Guaranty Consisting of Either a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. in Order for a Bond to Be Acceptable to the Department, the Company Issuing the Bond Must Be Named in the Department of Treasury Listing of Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Acceptable Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies. the Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company.
