The service will include the cleaning and maintenance of various types of flooring to include: Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) - approximately 150,000 square feet No-wax Linoleum and Vinyl Flooring - approximately 30,000 square feet Low-density carpet and carpet tile - approximately 25000 square feet 1)Stripping, sealing, waxing, scrubbing and waxing of floors; scrubbing and cleaning stairways; scrubbing and cleaning restroom floors; or steam cleaning/deep cleaning carpets. 2)Floor maintenance services must be accomplished in a professional manner and according to acceptable industry and Environmental Programs Service (EPS) standards
