Moland House Water Main Extension

The work involves the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary for the installation of approximately 930 linear feet of eight inch Ductile Iron Pipe water main. The water main extension begins from the existing eight inch stubbed water main located within the right of way of York Road (directly across from the Woodlands at Warwick Subdivision) continuing through the Moland House property and connecting to an existing eight inch ductile iron pipe water main on Old York Road near the intersection of Eddowes Road. Installation of the water main extension will involve the connection to existing eight inch ductile iron pipe water mains, pressure testing, and restoration to existing conditions. Work will also include installation of a pressure control valve vault within the adjacent Woodlands of Warwick subdivision. This valve vault will assist in controlling pressures between the two existing water mains.
